Items must be returned in original tags still attached. We’re unable to accept returns for any pierce jewellery, cosmetics or perfume where the packaging has been removed. Underwear and swimwear must be returned with with hygiene seal still intact.

As soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse you will receive and email informing you. From then on you will be able to track your order and receive regular updates on your parcels journey. Not in when the courier arrives, girl? Don’t worry, they will leave a calling card with further instructions and details.
Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address please contact us ASAP and we will be able to amend your order as long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
When you are ready head over to our returns section and select ‘create a return’
Enter your order number and delivery postcode along with your email address and choose which items you would like to return.
Choose the return method you would like and print your personalised return label off, or generate a QR code to scan in store.
Return your parcel at your nearest drop off point.
Due to current restrictions, we have extended our return policy from 14 days to 28 days from your delivery date.
You will need your email address/ delivery postcode and the order number from your confirmation email. View the returns policy for more info.
